Slow-Cooker Bourbon Brown Sugar Meatballs

Prep sauce: In a small mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, ketchup, bourbon, vinegar, mustard, garlic powder, and chili paste & whisk until combined.

Cook: Place the meatballs into the slow cooker & pour the sauce over. Stir to combine. Cook 2-3 hours on high; 4-6 hours on low.
Notes
All slow-cookers are different! Be mindful of the one you have and keep a close eye on the meatballs. Makes 42 cocktail meatballs.
